Intrarater reliability of cervical range of motion device among adults with and without chronic non-specific neck pain

Objectives: To evaluate the intrarater reliability of cervical range motion device among adults with and without chronic non-specific neck pain. Method: The analytical, cross-sectional study was conducted from January to March 2019 at Sindh Institute Physical Medicine Rehabilitation, Karachi, comprised healthy no pain in preceding 6 months Group A, either gender for >3 B. two groups were further divided into age 21-30 years, 31-40 years 41-50 years. A used measure flexion, extension, right left lateral flexion rotation all subjects. measurements taken by a single tester on day-1 day-3 assess reliability. Data analysed using SPSS 26. Results: Of 60 subjects, there 30(50%) each groups. Within groups, 10(33.3%) subjects 3 subgroups. Overall, 27(45%) males 33(55%) females. In intraclass correlation coefficient values ranges between 0.81 0.99, whereas B, ranged 0.64 0.88. yielded good excellent agreement both (>0.75) except B (p=0.64), statistically significant (p<0.05).
